Telework Defined:

Teleworking is benefiting companies throughout the country by allowing employees to work outside the traditional company environment. Teleworkers can work at home or in a satellite office using a computer and a telephone. Telework provides a win/win situation for employees and employers. Employees are still in the loop but not in traffic.

Win/Win...translated:

  • Employers reduce operating costs, increase employee retention and morale
  • Employees gain flexible work arrangements and save commuting costs
  • Everybody wins

Put teleworking in the benefit package:

Retaining valued employees in a thriving marketplace is challenging. Companies that offer teleworking will keep workers on board. Teleworkers have higher morale, produce more and enjoy a balance between their work and family life.
